Your duties

  • Organization and execu­tion of in vivo mouse experi­ments
  • Handling and breeding trans­genic mice (geno­typing, database management)
  • Biochemical and mole­cular ana­lyses such as PCR, western blot, ELISA, IHCBasic cell cul­ture work
  • Documentation of results and pro­cesses in English

Your profile

  • Education as a research techni­cian (BTA, MTA [f/m/d]) or an equi­valent degree
  • Molecular biology and bio­chemistry skills
  • Experience in working with mice
  • Experience in cell cul­ture is an advan­tage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • High motivation, flexi­bility and reliabi­lity
  • Willingness to take charge of orga­nizing the daily lab routine
