Bild der meistzitierten Köpfe
Berücksichtigt wurden Artikel aus den Jahren 2007 bis 2011 mit mindestens einem Autor mit Adresse im deutschen Sprachraum. Die Zahlen für Zitate und Artikel lieferte die Datenbank „Web of Science“ des Thomson-Institute for Scientific Information (ISI) in Philadelphia. Stichtag war der 14. März 2014.
Die „Köpfe” arbeiteten zwischen 2007 und 2011 zumindest zeitweise an einem Pathologischen Institut, publizierten überwiegend in Pathologie- Fachzeitschriften oder arbeiteten in erster Linie an Pathologie-relevanten Projekten. Reviews zählten für die „Köpfe“-Wertung nicht. Neuropathologen wurden nicht berücksichtigt.
Wichtig: Fehler, die in den Datenbanken stecken, können wir in der Regel nicht erkennen.
